We will be celebrating Read Across America at Chester Academy the week of March 5th. Please join us as we celebrate the joy and importance of reading.
There will be activities daily: guest readers, decorating and coloring contests, themed dress up days, trivia and many other special activities.

This celebration is brought to our students by the staff at CA, the Chester Education Association, and through the profit we earn from hosting our annual book fair.

A giant thank you to all of the wonderful students, parents and staff who have helped make the Library Media Center such an awesome place to be this year!  We hosted a book swap, a book fair (An extra big thank you to my volunteers who filled in for me!!), two authors and found great books we loved to read, friends to share and chat with, we colored and painted, built structures and mazes, dreamed and laughed and imagined. Enjoy a summer filled with new adventures, time to relax and some great reading!
Mrs. Richardson

Keep a list of what you have read, bring it to me at the start of school and I will have a special treat for you.
