Please make sure your child has a positive lunch account for the remainder of the school year!  Low balance notices will be sent home daily.  Cash or checks are accepted at the school or you can set up an account at to make online payments.  A $2.50 fee is charged by the company for this service. Everyday Lunches will be available Monday-Friday:
A bag lunch with a bagel, yogurt and a vegetable 
Ham & Cheese Sandwich with a vegetable
Students can choose a fruit and a milk to make a complete meal.

For Grades 6-8, Choice of the Day options will be available
to buy al-a-carte instead of the main entree

In March, we are mixing things up
 Pizza will continue to be offered on Mondays but be sure to check the menu to see the new changes.  Brunch for Lunch will be offered on Tuesday's.

Starting on Monday, January 23rd 2017, ice cream prices will be $.75.  This price increase will allow us to offer more variety:  frozen yogurt, low fat and less sugar options.  Students in 1st and 2nd grade will still be required to have cash to purchase an ice cream.  All snacks sold meet the Smart Snack requirements. 

Breakfast is Ready!
Every morning the Chester Kitchen has an assortment of breakfast items that can be purchased to eat on the go, in the classroom or in the cafe.  New this year, fruit smoothies on Thursday's.  Breakfast for $1.50 includes a fruit and two other items.  A la Carte is offered with items from $.50-$1.00.

Lunch Prices - 2016-2017 School Year

Lunch:  $2.65, Reduced $0.40
Double Entree:  $1.50  (extra slices of pizza, chicken, etc...)
Adult Meal: $3.75 (includes a small water or milk & fruit)
Breakfast: $1.50, Reduced $0.30
All Milk: $0.50 each
Large Drinks: $1.00
Small Drinks: $0.50

During the month May we will offer fresh fruit plates with freshly cut pineapple, strawberries, grapes, watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew. Served with low-fat vanilla yogurt and homemade granola! 

Each child has a lunch account and money can be added by cash or check by sending it into the school with your child.  You may also pay by credit card, information can be found on the right hand side of this page under MySchoolBucks.  We have a no charging policy, please always remember to keep your child's account current.  

Snack Bar: 

Grades 1 & 2
Grades 1 & 2 are able to buy Ice Cream only during lunch period with $0.75 cash only.

Grades 3 - 8
The snack bar is available for Grades 3-8 and accepts account credit or cash.  All ice cream and snack items meet the new nutritional snack requirements for the National School Lunch Program.

Snack items are $0.50 - $1.00 

For $1.50 your child can purchase a breakfast meal which includes a fruit (must be taken to count as a meal) and two other items:  whole grain items, yogurt, cheese sticks, and milk. Each day has a special entree offered for that day.  See breakfast menu.
Also, during breakfast the snack cart is available for all students grades K-8 in case a child needs a morning snack or has forgotten one at home. These items can be taken off their account (if available balance) or cash.

Lunchroom Conduct:
While in the cafeteria, students are expected to display good manners and polite behavior. Students must stay seated until a cafeteria monitor gives them permission to leave the table. Students will take turns washing the tables following lunch. All students are responsible for seeing that trash is cleared from the tables and floor before leaving the cafetorium.
