Sight Words for incoming First Graders to practice before starting the school year and at the beginning of the school year:
MATH Scott Foresman Math Website This website matches lessons from our math textbook for each chapter:
Click on “teacher”, then log in as follows: User ID: chestermath
Password: Once you are in, look in upper right hand corner where it says “Take it to the net” and click on grade one.
The Scott Foresman Site is available at school and for your use at home. This website contains a wealth of interactive activities which go along with the math lessons being taught in the classroom each day. Some of these online resources are: math “etools” that make math concepts come alive with electronic math manipulatives. Also there are a variety of math games, extra math practice to match each lesson of every chapter, test prep, and much more.
